1. Evening Dining (from 6pm) inc. Sunday Lunch

  • 1.1 Booking Confirmation 
    • Guests will receive a courtesy phone call 24-48 hours beforehand to confirm their reservation. If a table has not been confirmed by 12pm on the day of the booking, the table will be cancelled
    • Online/email confirmations are not accepted
  • 1.2 Arrival  
    • Customers are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to their reservation 
    • Any bookings that fail to arrive within 20 minutes of the reservation time without prior notice will be cancelled 
    • Dining guests that wish to have a drink in the bar area before being seated must allow sufficient time 
  • 1.3 Dress Code 
    • Smart dress code only 
    • Items of clothing not permitted: 
      • Beach wear          
      • Swim wear 
      • Sports wear 
      • Trainers (inc. all designer brands) 
      • Flip flops 
      • Caps 
    • Tailored shorts are permitted 
    • Exceptions can only be made by management
    • If the above dress code is not adhered to, entry will not be permitted 
  • 1.4 Table Allocation 
    • Olivia’s has three dining areas, there is no guarantee where a table will be allocated 
    • Requests are accepted but cannot be guaranteed 
  • 1.5 Two Hour Table Duration 
    • Olivia’s has a two-hour turnover policy on all dining tables  
    • The two hours starts from the time of the reservation regardless of the arrival time (see 1.2) 
    • If the table is not required for later reservations then guests are welcome to stay at their dining table for the duration of the evening 
    • Olivia’s bar area is open to guests before and after dining 
  • 1.6 Children under 12 are not permitted entry after 00:00

 

2. White Ice Parties  

  • 2.1 Tickets 
    • Tickets must be purchased beforehand to guarantee entry to the event 
      • How to pay: 
        • PayPal 
        • Bank Transfer This option is only available to use with a minimum of 7 days prior to your reservation.
        • In the restaurant with cash or credit/debit card 
      • We cannot accept any payments via telephone
    • Purchased tickets must be collected from the restaurant before the event - they are to be collected no later than 4pm on the day of the event 
    • Ticket payment is non-refundable
    • A surcharge of ten euros per person is applied to collect tickets on the door 
    • Tickets must be presented upon entry 
  • 2.2 Dress Code 
    • Strict smart, white dress code (entry may be refused otherwise)
      • All items of clothing must be white with the exception of shoes 
    • See 1.3 Dress Code for items not permitted 
  • 2.3 Children 
    • Under 12s are not permitted entry 
    • Security are entitled to request ID if they feel it is necessary 
  • 2.4 Two Hour Table Duration 
    • Olivia’s has a two-hour turnover policy on all dining tables

3. Event Nights

  • 3.1 Tickets

4. Group Bookings

  • 4.1 Deposits 
    • Any party over 6 guests will be required to pay a deposit of ten euros per person 
      • How to pay: 
        • PayPal 
        • Bank Transfer This option is only available to use with a minimum of 7 days prior to your reservation.
        • In the restaurant with cash or credit/debit card 
      • We cannot accept any payments via telephone
    • Deposits must be received at least 48 hours beforehand 
    • Deposits are deducted from the bill
      • If there are any cancellations within the party the restaurant must receive 48 hours’ notice for the full deposit to be deducted 
        • If this notice is not given, the deposit will not be deducted for said guests 
    • Deposits are non-refundable 
      • If we receive over 48 hours’ notice for a cancellation the deposit can be redeemed in the restaurant at a later date 
  • 4.2 Booking Confirmation

    • The maximum number of guests per table is 10 
      • Groups of more than 10 guests will dine on separate tables placed next to each other 
        • E.g. a group of 12 guests would be seated as two tables of six guests

    • The two hours starts from the time of the reservation regardless of the arrival time 
    • If the table is not required for later reservations then guests are welcome to stay at their dining table for the duration of the evening

5. Christmas Day & New Year’s Eve

  • 5.1 Payment 
    • Deposits
      • A deposit of 50 euros per guest is required upon booking to secure a table for either event 
      • How to pay: 
        • PayPal 
        • Bank Transfer This option is only available to use with a minimum of 7 days prior to your reservation.
        • In the restaurant with cash or credit/debit card 
      • We cannot accept any payments via telephone 
      • Purchased tickets must be collected from the restaurant before the event 
      • Payments for Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve are non-refundable
    • Remaining Balance 
      • The remaining balance must then be paid before the 1st December via the same payment method 
        • If a payment is not received by the 1st December then the booking will be cancelled and the deposit of 50 Euros per person will NOT be refunded under any exception!
  • 5.2 Pre-Orders 
    • All pre-orders must be emailed or delivered to the restaurant by the 1st December 
      • If a pre-order is not received by the 1st December then options may be limited 
  • 5.3 Dress Code 
    • New years eve dress code 
      • Black tie event 
    • If the above dress code is not adhered to, entry will not be permitted 
    • Christmas day Dress Code

  • 5.3 Maximum Group Size 
    •     The maximum number of guests per group is 10 
      • If two separate reservations are made, there is no guarantee that they will be seated next to each other even upon request

 

6. Celebrations

  • 6.1 Cakes
    • Cakes from external sources are not permitted 
      • If a cake is brought into the restaurant there will be a charge of 2 euros per person as a corkage fee 
        • Olivia’s provides a personalised cake service 
  • 6.2 Balloons
    • Balloons from external sources are not permitted 
      • If balloons are brought into the restaurant there will be a charge of 10 euros as a corkage fee 
        • Olivia’s provides a personalised balloon service 
  • 6.3 Olivia’s Party Packages 
    • All packages must be paid for at least 48 hours beforehand 
      • How to pay: 
        • PayPal 
        • Bank Transfer This option is only available to use with a minimum of 7 days prior to your reservation.
        • In the restaurant with cash or credit/debit card 
      • We cannot accept any payments via telephone
    • If the payment has not been made, Olivia’s will be unable to organise the package 
  • 6.4 Table Decorations 
    • Personal table decorations can be brought into the restaurant 
      • E.g. banners, confetti
      • All items must be appropriate for a family restaurant 

 

7. General Rules

  • 7.1 Security 
    • Olivia’s Security have the right to refuse entry to anyone at any time without any given reason 
    • Recorded CCTV is in operation at all times and linked to a central hub
    • Olivia’s Security have the right to tell anyone to leave the restaurant’s premises at any time without any given reason
      • Force may be used if someone refuses to cooperate  
      • Any non - cooperation could result in the Police being called 
    • Olivia’s Security have the right to request to see ID at any time 
  • 7.2 Alcohol
    • No alcohol will be served to anyone under the age of 18 
      • This rule also applies to under 18s that are accompanied by their parent/guardian 
        • If a minor is caught consuming alcohol Olivia’s staff have the right to remove the alcoholic drink
        • If a minor does not co-operate then they will be asked to leave the premises
      • If a member of staff believes that someone is under 18, they have the right to request ID 
        • If acceptable ID is not provided, the guest will be refused alcohol
  • 7.3 Lost Property
    • Olivia’s will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen possessions 
    • Olivia’s staff will do all they can to assist in finding any lost items 
      • Our CCTV cameras can only be checked during office hours
        • Our Office Team work from Monday to Friday during the hours of 9am-5pm 
  • 7.4 Pre-Orders (when requested by the restaurant upon booking) 
    • Pre-orders are required at least 72 hours before the reservation 
      • All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours beforehand 
        • If this notice is not given, the full amount will be charged 

8. Afternoon Tea

  • 8.1 Availability
  • Winter months on Saturday’s only
  • Summer months every day upon request (except Sunday’s) 
    • For any special dietary requests such as food allergies, vegetarian etc we must be informed 24 hours in advance of the reservation
  • 8.2 Groups
  • For groups of 6 or more then we require 24 hours – notice for the kitchen to prepare
  • For large groups of 6 or more the whole group must order the same. 
    • For example: The Unlimited Cava + Afternoon Tea has to apply to the whole group.
       
  • 8.3 Deposits

9. Privacy & Rights

  • 8.1 Privacy
    • Guests will receive emails from us relating to the confirmation of a booking
      • If a guest has opted in to receive marketing information from Olivia’s we may send emails about offers and events 
        • Guests may opt out at any time 
  • 8.2 Rights
    • We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions at any time
    • It is the guest’s responsibility to check the current terms & conditions
